Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day refund policy. Unfortunately, we can't offer any returns or exchange after the 30 days period. Only unused items in their original condition and packaging with the original shrink-wrapped cap seal are eligible for a refund. Any items returned after 30 days of purchase cannot be refunded.

Please include your order details in the email and let us know why you'd like to return the product or request an exchange. 

It's important to us that our customers are 100% happy with their orders. You will be notified as soon as we receive your item and the refund has been issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to be reflected on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds:
Please check with your credit card provider or bank if you haven't received the refund after 5 days of the refund confirmation. If you’ve done that and more than 8 days have gone by, please contact us at kurt@abstraxlabs.com.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Shipping:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@abstraxlabs.com and send your item to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
