Orders

You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all Products listed in your
order. All orders must be accepted by us, or we will not be obligated to sell the products or
services to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. Acceptance of
your order and the formation of the contract of sale between Abstrax and you will not take
place unless and until you have received your order confirmation email.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We maintain every effort to ship your order within 24-
48 hours of receiving it, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm PST.  Orders placed after 12:00pm
PST may be shipped the following day. During busy periods or if your item is not in stock, it may
take up to 10 business days for your order to ship. If it takes more than 5 business days for our
order to ship for any reason, you will be notified via email.

All shipped orders are insured. Once the order has shipped, you will receive the tracking

Remedies Available Under This Limited Warranty

With respect to any defective Products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole
discretion, either: (i) replace such Products (or the defective parts thereof) or (ii) repair such
Products (or the defective parts thereof).

SMS / Mobile Messaging

By opting in to receive SMS or mobile messages from Abstrax, you agree to the below
Mobile Messaging / SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree to receive recurring SMS or mobile messages at the mobile phone number you
provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive SMS
messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to place or complete an order.

SMS or mobile messages may include marketing or promotional communications, product
announcements, and transactional or informational notifications related to your orders or
inquiries. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For help, reply HELP or contact us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To operate the SMS program, Abstrax may share your mobile phone number and related
messaging data with third-party service providers, including Shopify, SMS delivery
platforms, and telecommunications carriers, solely as necessary to deliver messages and
administer the program. Such parties may not use your information for their own marketing
purposes.

Abstrax may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these Mobile Messaging / SMS
Terms at any time.
